We don't copy your records into our database. The portal reads and writes to your base directly, so there's nothing to sync and nothing to migrate if you ever leave.

A portal exists to share data with lots of people. Charging you by the head is the wrong model for the job, so we don't. $10 a month, billed annually. Invite ten portal users or ten thousand; the price never moves.

Granular permissions, or none at all.
Set access per role, down to a single field: hide a column, make it read-only, or make it required. Or skip all that and give everyone the same full view. However tight or loose you want it is your call.

Can users only see their own records?
Yes. By default, a table linked to your Airtable user table shows each logged-in user only the records linked to them. A table everyone should see in full can be set to show all of its records instead, with no link needed.
Can I filter what shows on a table?
Yes. Field, operator, value filters per table, plus default sort.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Portals are responsive. Customers can use them on any phone browser.
What happens when I edit a record in Airtable?
Changes show up in the portal in real time. There is no separate database.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly cancels next billing cycle, annual is non-refundable but no auto-renew gotchas.
